Pharmagraph IVAS series intelligent air samplers are compact state-of-the-art continuous microbial remote monitoring heads designed for use in grade A, B and other controlled environments.They offer unrivaled efficiency and consistency in microbiological monitoring. These units are commonly integrated into pharmaceutical isolators, biological safety cabinets, filling machines and other equipment and they may be placed in other cleanrooms and other sterile areas.
The Pharmagraph iVAS series support 90mm Petri dish media and they include an integrated VHP tolerant controller measuring actual flow and sample volume within the sample head. Pharmagraph iVAS units feature industry standard Modbus TCP communications which means they may be easily integrated into existing environmental monitoring systems (EMS). These units are available in both pedestal and tri-clamp mounting styles. The Pharmagraph iVAS can be used free standing or built into isolators and filling machines.
The truly intelligent iVAS unit incorporates the perforated sieve head, dual impellers, flow / volume control and communication systems into a highly integrated unit. iVAS itself controls the air flow and measures the volume of air sampled to maximize regulatory compliance and can operate in either continuous or intermittent sampling modes.

Ideal for Isolators or RABS lines with H2O2 decontamination. In order to demonstrate the physical and biological efficiency of the Pharmagraph iVAS, the unit was sent to an independent test facility run by Public Health England’s (PHE) Biosafety Investigation Unit.
