Air Particle Counting Robot

Our latest generation Micron View Airborne Particle Counter Robot (APC Robot) enables the automated sampling of cleanroom environments using a SLAM* algorithm and LiDAR to ensure accurate site arrival and object avoidance. The unit can traverse designated areas, automatically open and close doors, autonomously ride elevators, and automatically return to home base for charging. Through automated sampling, the environmental impact of operators and potential for human error can be minimized.

Particle Counting & Microbial Air Sampling Robot

The Airborne Particle Counter & Bio Aerosol Sampler dual mode Robot (APC/BAS dual mode Robot) is equipped with a high precision 6-axis robotic arm and Micron View control software which is easy to configure and use. The Micron View control software is available on tablets, smartphones and PCs. Through a wireless connection, the software is used to communicate with the APC/BAS dual mode robot, schedule tasks, and assign work plans for the automated active air sampling of your controlled environments.

Real-Time Bio Aerosol Monitoring Robot

Bio Aerosol Monitoring System Robot (BAMS Robot) enables automated monitoring of biologic and inert airborne particles continuously, real-time results without the need for reagents. The unit can identify any microorganism that contains metabolites that fluoresce when contacted by this wavelength of laser, including NADPH and Riboflavin. Total particle and biologic counts in a range of size bins between 0.5um and 10um.
