Description
Met One 7015 remote particle counter with 28.3 LPM flow rate and Ethernet communications. The Met One 7015 series are highly accurate industrial grade non viable particle counters designed for continuous real-time monitoring in pharmaceutical facilities, hospitals, compounding suites and other controlled environments. Fully GMP compliant, they feature a stainless steel wash-down resistant enclosure and specially designed VHP tolerant optics. Unlike many instruments on the market that CLAIM VHP compatibility and to be sealed against liquid getting into them, these units were designed for it.

Buying remote particle counters from any supplier is not enough. The particle counter may cost more or less however you need more than the remote particle counter to make this work in your cleanroom. Often, suppliers will charge you extra for ISO probes, plastic brackets or enclosures to properly seal your particle counters for cleanroom use. There is always tubing, cables, wall plates and accessories needed and customers and or system integrators need to find these and supply them or pay the supplier considerably more to supply these.
While the Beckman Coulter Met One 7000 series particle counters cost more than some of our other remote particle counters, they come with an ISO probe and a complete installation kit which saves customers thousands of dollars (per particle counter) when compared to buying all these items from many particle equipment suppliers. In addition, there is no need for plastic brackets or additional enclosures to try and seal them from VHP or other cleanroom chemicals once installed. When you add up the costs associated with buying all of these items and time involved sourcing them, many facilities find its more cost effective to purchase Met One 7000 series remote particle counters.
