The Micron View A240 is a state-of-the-art dual flow cleanroom particle counter which allows the end user to switch between 28.3 LPM & 100 LPM flow rates. In an industry first, this provides users with unmatched flexibility when compared to many other single / fixed flow rate particle counters on the market. For continuous monitoring of cleanrooms, biological safety cabinets and other controlled environments particle counters running at 28.3 LPM are the industry default and running a 100 LPM particle counter continuously would be overkill and would not be possible, practical or wise in many sampling locations.
On the same token, NATA accredited testing companies or anyone wanting to certify grade A cabinets or take 1 cubic meter air samples quickly, would normally gravitate to buying a 50 or 100 LPM particle counter. Micron View A240
The air flow inside the Micron View A240 is monitored by a mass flow meter. The PID controller automatically adjusts blower speed. A reaction speed of 100m/s ensures stable flow and flow rate accuracy ±3%. Micron View’s airborne particle counter laser temperature control system ensures the laser temperature remains fixed, extending the working life of the laser and keeping the output wavelength stable. This ensures the monitoring process is not affected by external temperature and readings remain reliable. The surface of the scattered light collector is gold plated for corrosion resistance and reliability.
