The Palas PAG 1000 is  a battery powered portable aerosol generator which offers maximum flexibility for the generation of droplet sized aerosols from liquids such as DEHS or low-concentration salt solutions (NaCl). The generator is small and weights only 5 kg. Being battery-powered makes it independent and ready for quick and easy deployment and use in the field. The fact that no compressed air connection is required demonstrates its flexible. A single battery charge is sufficient for one working day and if needed, the device also operates on 240 VAC mains.

Thanks to the changeover operation of the internal pump for aerosol generation, the Palas PAG 1000 offers a wide range of settings for the concentration. The electrical control via the internal display permits the reproducible setting of the particle concentration. Sample applications for the Palas PAG 1000 include testing of laminar flow boxes, clean room acceptance testing, testing of smoke detectors, HEPA / ULPA filter testing, laboratory applications and more.
