Alpha Scientific is proud to announce that the company has recently been awarded multiple new EMS (environmental monitoring system) projects. These projects involve particle counting and environmental monitoring (temperature, humidity, differential pressure, gases) in TGA licensed GMP compliant facilities. The larger of the two projects involves integrating hundreds of environmental sensors along with particle counters, multiple servers (primary and redundant), our world renowned Pharmagraph FMS software platform and other latest generation technology.
These customers are already familiar with our Pharmagraph EMS systems and software having seen them in use on other sites around Australia. They now join the growing number of Pharmagraph system users across Australasia and the world. Upon completion of these projects, further updates will be posted on our website showcasing the installation. Our particle and environmental monitoring platforms are the most powerful and flexible systems of their type in the market. They UNLOCK facilities in being able to use many different brands, makes and models of particle counters and literally any environmental sensors on the market. The allow customers to UPGRADE easily when compared to many competitive systems on the market where users are LOCKED to one vendor or another and their hardware and software.
Changing vendors (which organizations commonly do) typically leads to customers having to discard hundreds of thousands of dollars (or more) worth of your existing proprietary hardware. This is not the case with our Pharmagraph monitoring systems, where we can (in most cases) upgrade facilities without them having to discard their existing equipment. They can then upgrade over time IF they want, try other particle instrument brands and buy they equipment THEY wish to use on their system, without being locked to us or anyone.
