In 2022, our staff were approached by a leading GMP compliant cancer research facility in Melbourne and asked to assist them in providing a large number of Beckman Coulter Met One 6015 series remote particle counters and related accessories to undertake particle counting in their cleanrooms and biological safety cabinets. They already had an existing particle monitoring system in place however they were not overly happy with the vendor and they did not wish to expand on their existing system and or be locked in to a vendor.
The same facility also purchased a large number of environmental sensors from us (temperature, humidity, differential pressure) and others. We worked with their system integration team to assist and guide them and the new expansion was a great success. The placement of ISO probes in their unique biological safety cabinets and unique tentacle style ISO probe holders required millimeter precision and planning however that also worked out perfectly well. Their particle counters and other sensors have worked flawlessly ever since.
This particle monitoring facility expansion / upgrade project is just one of many projects we have undertaken over the decades where we have listened to the customer and supplied an unlocked solution which is in the customers best interest.
