In 2020, just as the global pandemic was starting to take hold, our staff were approached by a large Perth based Pharmaceutical company wanting to upgrade an old and failing particle and environmental monitoring system they had in place from another supplier from 10 years or so back. We came up with a proposal and before you know it, the project was underway. The new system incorporated Pharmagraph monitoring hardware and software and other equipment. During the project, the borders were closed around Australia (as many may recall) and this caused serious challenges for business all over Australia, including ours.

Nevertheless, we pushed forward and managed to fully install, commission, validate and handover a state-of-the-art new system which the customer loves and continues to use many years later. We are grateful to all those that worked with us on the project at the time including this valued customer.
