Description
The Junray ZR-1300A is a professional aerosol generator for generating DOP aerosol via a Laskin nozzle. The embedded adjusting valve can control the operation of between 4 to 10 nozzles. When the air flow is 1.4m3/min – 56.6m3/min, the output aerosol concentration is 10μg/L – 100μg/L. The performance of aerosol complies to various standards.
This instrument may be used with a Junray ZR-6012 aerosol photometer or similar aerosol photometers for high efficiency filter leakage detection. This aerosol generator is suitable for HEPA filter testing in a wide variety of industries (medical device testing, centers of disease control, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, HEPA filter manufacturers, testing and certification companies and many others.

Junray ZR-1300A
The Junray ZR-1300A aerosol generator is primarily used for generating controlled aerosol particles that simulate airborne contaminants in order to test filtration and air-handling systems. One of its main applications is HEPA filter integrity and leakage testing in cleanrooms and controlled environments.
By producing DOP, PAO, or similar aerosols with a Laskin nozzle system, the generator introduces particles upstream of a filter so that instruments like aerosol photometers can detect whether particles pass through the filter. This helps verify the performance and sealing of high-efficiency filtration systems used in laboratories, pharmaceutical manufacturing, hospitals, and biosafety cabinets.
In addition, the ZR-1300A is widely applied in cleanroom validation and environmental testing across multiple industries. Organizations such as medical device testing institutes, pharmaceutical companies, and centers for disease control use it to validate airflow systems, certify cleanrooms, and test filtration equipment during installation or maintenance. It can also be used by HEPA filter manufacturers and certification bodies for quality control, and in specialized cases such as testing high-class vacuum cleaner filters or air filtration systems used in hazardous environments like asbestos handling.
